PASTA FOR POETS: COME FISHING FOR SOME GREAT LINES OF POETRY June 24, Sun 5:30 to 8:00 pm - Duluth's Vista Fleet Harbor Cruises and Lake Superior Writers are co-sponsoring a unique pasta dinner and inspirational writing cruise for poets of all ages and abilities. The Vista Fleet will offer its guests a catered pasta dinner buffet and the opportunity to compose poems inspired by Lake Superior and the spectacular Duluth harbor. Writing leaders will offer the basics of poetry writing on two decks, one for adults and another reserved for families. All of the writings will be considered for inclusion in an anthology to be published later this year. The cost is $26/person for adults and $10 for children twelve and younger. Reservations will begin after May 1st, 2007, by visiting the Vista Cruise website, www.vistafleet.com or by calling 218-722-6218 or 1-877-883-4002. Please specify the June 24th "Pasta for Poets" cruise and the number of adults and children who will be attending. A portion of ticket sales and income from anthology sales will be donated to Lake Superior Writers by the Vista Fleet Harbor Cruise organization. All aboard!
