Look for a follow-up to the book “Uplifting Christ Through Autumn, Sermons for the Fall Season.” That book was a collection of sermons preached by the late Rev. Dr. Michael D. Wuchter when he was senior pastor of First Lutheran Church in Duluth, MN from 1997 until his sudden death due to heart failure August 5, 2000. This fall a sequel, “Shining Through the Darkness, Sermons for the Winter Season” is scheduled to be released. His widow, SHIRLEY DYER WUCHTER, has compiled and helped to edit both books.
