Committee announces a Spring Class: INSIDE OUT, A four-session
writing class for those who have lost a loved one. Facilitated

* Finding words for grief and giving voice to it can be an
avenue for healing, a way of recovering balance and deepening
understanding. The act of writing engages a process
of expressing the heart's truth, a process that can offer
insight, light and resolution.
* Biography: Deborah Cooper is a Certified Chaplain. She
has served in a variety of settings in the Twin Ports Community
over the last twenty years. Her poetry has been published
in numerous literary journals and anthologies. She is the
author of two chapbooks, 'Redirection of the Heart' (New Song
Press) and 'the gods of wild things' (Poetry Harbor).

Change of Pace Dinner Theatre is using JEAN SRAMEK's script,
"Ole & Lena's Wedding" (back for the second
year by popular demand) in its current production. Sramek
also performs in the play as Lena's mother. "Ole &
