LSW MEMBER KUDOS!
Nancy Fitzgerald has just had a new chapbook published, entitled
"Poems I Never Wrote." She has also had two poems
accepted for spring publication in Bemidji State's literary
magazine "Dust and Fire."
Patrick McKinnon has a new chapbook out called "Drift
Across Time." It was published by Green Bean Press in
New York City.
Cheryl Reiten's short story "Sliding" has been
accepted for publication in the spring issue of Bemidji State
University's publication "Dust and Fire." She will
read at Bemidji State on March 4. The short story is part
of a series she is working on, based on life in a 1970's commune.

LSW Member Katharine Johnson is teaching a fiction writing

LAKE SUPERIOR WRITERS Spring Workshops in poetry and prose
will be offered Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. Mark
your calendars! Registration materials should arrive the last
part of March.
The Duluth Writers' Workshop on Lake Superior will be held
June 12-18 at UMD. Facilty include Robert Olen Butler, Patricia
